Surface Stac Inc., based in Midland, Texas, is a leading provider of surface well control rental equipment (frac stacks) used during oil and gas well stimulation and completion processes. Since inception, the Company rapidly expanded from its original operation in West Texas to North and South Texas markets.


Challenge:

After significant growth, the owners desired to sell the business, however, previously they had attempted to sell the business themselves, but were unsuccessful.
