Mr. Jason Wilcox founded The Wilcox Group, LLC (dba Wilcox Investment Bankers) in 2008 with a desire to create an independent boutique investment bank providing financial solutions to owners of middle-market industrial and energy businesses.

‍Since, the firm has navigated several industry cycles and successfully carved out this niche and has become a leading player, having closed a number of transactions in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and North Dakota.

‍Mr. Wilcox's experience spans over 23 years working on more than 75 transactions with aggregate value in excess of $4.0 billion. Prior to founding Wilcox Investment Bankers, his career included experience with major Wall Street investment banks and boutiques; Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., Raymond James & Associates, Inc. and Growth Capital Partners, L.P., with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings and fairness opinions.

‍His education includes a M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University and a certificate in Econometrics from The London School of Economics and Political Science. He makes a number of professional presentations and writes various articles, including Exit: Selling Your Business for Maximum Price, which provides the ins and outs of selling a private business.

‍He is a licensed General Securities Principal, Investment Banking Representative and Registered Representative. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees, the Finance & Business Committee and the Audit Committee for the University of Mary Hardin Baylor in Belton, Texas.

‍Mr. Wilcox also founded TWG Securities, LLC, a private investment company, which focuses its activities primarily in multi-family residential real estate, oil and gas royalties and several private companies.

Mr. Wilcox, his wife of 29 years, and twin daughters reside in Coppell, Texas.
